3:10 am - Woke up with of course you guessed it suicidal ringing in both of my ears. I am so tired of always waking up with headpain and ringing in both ears pain 7.5. The headpain was more pain that usually on the left side and was hard for me to lift my head off the pillow without it really send sharp pain this morning, ah just a nightmare. Finally was able to get back to sleep once I rolled over on my side. So far I have note experienced the pain and pins/needles in my ribcage as of yet but if I do I will provide my update. You know since I have woke up at 7:00am until now at 6:27pm, it has been yet another day of ups and downs. However, being that today is Tuesday I had my call where I feel the pain that this whole thing has dragged me through has given me light, and optimism. The reason is like it's been said when you think you have it bad, there are many others out there that have it worst. I also was feeling pain/needle sensations in my upper body today it that would come and go so will be monitoring this as well. Just really tired of always being in pain. Well going to be go to being to bed at 9:30am, as getting as at least 8 hours of sleep will aid in bringing back my nervous system back into balance. all the best and GODSPEED!
