1:45am - woke up out of my sleep and left hand was numb, now I know what all you are going to say "well maybe you slept on it wrong" HAAAA come on you really think that you dumb asses, I have now been living this nightmare for a year and 87 days give me a break. It's called inflammation has taken over my body and as all the new published studies are now indicating that the spike in my body is just going throughout my entire body and just slicing through vessels, which I am 100% sure this is happening. Anyway, I will be posting that article soon on our site. Well I toss and turn get the feeling back in my hand and go back to sleep until I wake at 5:30am. Thankfully, I went to bed at 9:30pm so I got plenty of sleep.
5:30am Wake up with a horrible headache, ahhhh not this again but now I am completely use to this now. I also wake up with relentless ringing in my ears, NO Im not going deaf you dumb asses who are questioning me it's from this PIECE OF SHIT TOXIC PFIZER VACCINE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SO SAFE & EFFECTIVE, UHHHHHUUUU TELL THAT TO THE COW IF YOU BELIEVE THAT WHO CAN'T TALK BACK....IT"S CALLED VACCINE INJURY. Ok so what do I do, hmmmmm take Advil HECK NO I DON'T AND WILL NOT SUCUMB TO THAT, OK WELL DO I TAKE EXCEDRINE, AHHH NOPE WON'T DO THAT EITHER. I don't believe in all of BIG PHARMA's SHIT and it ALL SHIT, so I will just power through it like I have been doing and hope it subsides. Oh also calf muscles in both legs are just cramping and twitching like crazy, this usually happens once I wake up and will somewhat subside as the day goes on. But then comes back usually midday.
Will provide my update, oh and I forgot, about 14 days ago I did resort to doing urinetherapy, yes I will try anything at this point. I have been on a strict diet as things I use to eat, my body no longer will tolerate it. So I said what the heck there are so many studies on this and well what can it hurt to try, after all this goes back so thousands of years back to biblical days. After all I figured what can it hurt and god made my body and being there are over 3500 natural compounds in my urine I said what the heck might as well try. So I did catching my morning urine as recommended in the scholarly books I have been reading on this. I was feeling good up until day 9 when my head began to hurt again. Now I don't know why this happened but I started to get nervous so I backed off. It's probably because I am not being professionally observed and more than likely I should have been eating like a detox diet when doing this. So I did back off but it just goes to show anyone that I will literally try anything to get some relief...Ok well that's it for now but I will be back to give any updates I can.

7:05am Side of rib cage and my back is just pricking me right now and top of arms are feeling very sensitive and burning hoping this all subsides but as of now it's not.
7:30am Went for an early walk back of left calf muscles was extremely soar, nothing out of the ordinary it's the calf muscles twitching that is probably causing this but also the same calf muscle that showed there was nerve damage when I did my nerve test back in February. Hmmm wonder why there was nerve damaged that just all of a sudden appeared. I wonder why perhaps the PFIZER VACCINE INJURIES THAT IT DID TO MY BODY...
8AM - 9am Went for a long 2 mile walk, felt pretty good burning on the top of my right foot and now that I have returned my left calf muscle is twitching and cramping like no other. Left calf muscles hurts but I have yet to eat anything. Going to have a gluten free breakfast burrito with some organic bacon, no cheese and will provide all of you with an update. Overall my body is not burning or prickling but well see how the day progresses.
10:00am Just got done taking my natural protein drink that I purchased from DR. BUTTARS practice, eat a breakfast burrito with egg, bacon and sausage with a gluten free tortilla, now feeling prickling sensation in my waist, while LISTENING TO THIS BULLSHIT GARBAGE OF UNEMPLOYMENT PRESENTATION THAT I HAVE TO ATTEND. THATS RIGHT THIS IS JUST GARBAGE, THE FACT THAT I AM NO UNEMPLOYED IS JUST BEYOND ME!!!!!!! Head pain is now starting to come back and well PFIZER YOU CAN TAKE ALL YOUR PIECE OF SHIT DRUGS AND WELL YEAH YOU KNOW....
10:00am - 11:00am What a WASTE OF MY TIME this Unemployment Presentation was a joke, give me a break you can take all of this shit and shove it up the Unemployments ass. 11:37am Now the headache/pressure is coming back pain level of a 7 in my head, hard to explain the feeling and all the feelings that all us VACCINES INJURIES have caused us. 12:00pm - 3:25pm So today has been a horrible day, the pain in my head ratcheted up to a 8.5. Not sure why I am barely eating, have not eaten since breakfast, drinking a lot of water, almost 2 gallons a day, and now the back of my right thigh and top of my feet are on fire. Yes they feel hot, THERE IS NO RELIEF AND NO HOPE IN SIGHT... YOUR TELLING ME THAT BIG PHARMA DID NOT KNOW ALL THE SIDES EFFECTES THAT THERE JUNK ASSSSS SHIT CAUSED. LISTEN YOU MAY BE THINKING I AM A CONSPIRACY THEORIST, BUT BELIEVE ME I KNOW WHAT THE TRUE DEFINITION OF CONSIRACY THEORY IS: IT'S KNOWNINGLY, KNOWING THE TRUTH BUT WITHHOLDING THE TRUTH FROM THE PEOPLE. SHOULD HAVE KNOW BUT INSTEAD I HAVE BEEN PERMINETLY DISABLED FROM THERE SHIT...WELL LET'S SEE HOW THE REST OF MY DAY TURNS OUT.
4:30pm Well I decided I better have my dinner, so I cooked vegetables and Swai over the stove in a pan. Also, laid that over a bed of spring mix and with some dressing, will wait to see how I feel within the next half hour. But still today has been a pretty rough day, with no relief in sight.

- feelings of Gerd/acid reflux (Felling of buildup of gases in my body) - (this was happening back in August 17 2021- September but this too went away after having to take Omperazel 40mg.) This has finally gone away after September 2021.
- trouble/pain swallowing on the right side when eating citrus foods sometimes Still persists but has lessoned to a Pain of 3
- vibration spasm in different parts of my body. Pain of 4
- POTS like symptoms - Pain of 9
- Mas Cell Activation Symptoms - Still Persists
- Head Pressure comes and goes. #2 - Pain of 9
- Slight pain feeling that comes and goes left side of my heart - Pain of 7
- Blood Pressure Fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
