4:00 am - 5:20 am - So i woke up this morning with horrible head pain, that just won't go away, I also noticed that the ringing in my ears was at a level of a suicidal tone of a 10. Ringing that just won't ever go away. And of course like always all my other symptoms are still there, the twitching in the back of both my right calf and my left calf muscles. Is the head pain something more than just head pain. Not sure if I will ever find out. It is very cray this think that this a new normal way of life that now am faced with.
5:20 am - 4:41 pm The pain seems to be more intense today and lasting throughout the day, do you guys want this? I will be sure to provide you all with an update as the evening progresses.
4:41 pm - 7:33pm For some reason the tone of ringing in my ear is at a 9.5 and constant in both ears, also my twitching in the calf muscles both calfs are not painful but twitching like then have been. Also, the head pain just won't go away tonight and my right side of my nose is completely plugged, with my eyes feeling a sense of burning tonight. Looks like this is how I am going to feel the rest of the evening well going to be tonight at 9, going to try to get a good sleep I will post all my updated tomorrow...till then.
So why am I doing this, for one to help anyone that may be gong through the same thing or same pain/symptoms who otherwise do not have the deep pockets to resolve their symptoms. Who otherwise are feeling a sense of anxiety if they did all of a sudden start to experience this after taking the shot and of course StoptheShots. Yeah this shit needs to end and well I just will not take it being that these Shots poisoned my body, therefore what I noticed out there today was a whole lot of #StoptheShots. You see what these shots have done to me, do you want the same thing to possibly happen to you? THINK ABOUT THIS FOR A MINUTE BEFORE THE CDC VOTED ON THEIR PIECE OF SHIT AGENDA FOR THE SHOTS OF CHILDREN THEY ALREADY NEW THAT IT WAS GOING TO PASS. THIS IS SICK THEREFORE WE NEED TO MAKE SOME NOISE AND EXPOSE THIS SHIT AT IT'S HIGHEST LEVEL The StoptheShots needs to be front an center for the entire world to start waking up and acknowledging that these Vaccine Shots are ruining peoples lives. Come on when has StoptheShots ever been something that mainstream media talks about. Yes it's true #StoptheShots has become a term the likes of which we have yet to see. I truly believe that StoptheShots will become a term that becomes a common talked about word in our day to day lives. This is just fueling the fire of more separation from the people that are still lining up to get these toxic shots from those that will refuse to go back and get another one (like me). So yeah I am 100% behind the StoptheShots #StoptheShots. Make sure the next time you go out to make it known if you are not in favor of these toxic shots to let your doctor/practitioner know that they need to get behind this whole StoptheShots movement and you will see in due time the #StoptheShots movement will be talked about for many years to come. I suspect we will hear about this until 2030 when the global elitists' have accomplish whatever sick agenda they have planned. Hopefully, this StoptheShots movement will be something that takes the world by storm and becomes a talking point at every holiday dinner table this year so what are you waiting for #StoptheShots and start making your differences, spread the word...

- feelings of Gerd/acid reflux (Felling of buildup of gases in my body) - (this was happening back in August 17 2021- September but this too went away after having to take Omperazel 40mg.) This has finally gone away after September 2021.
- trouble/pain swallowing on the right side when eating citrus foods sometimes This has finally gone away after October 15, 2022
