- feelings of Gerd/acid reflux (Felling of buildup of gases in my body) - This has subsided again no longer presant.
- trouble/pain swallowing on the right side when eating citrus foods sometimes This has finally gone away after October 15, 2022
- vibration spasm in different parts of my body. Pain of 3

7:30 am - Woke up with of course you guessed it suicidal ringing in both of my ears. Headpain level of a 5 and ringing in both ears pain 11. The headpain was not as bad as I noticed that when I take my Melotonin specifically this one it may be helping in healing my pain in my head. little more painful than usual. I decide to wait to take a SUNWARRIOR OMEGA 3 as for some reason this is upsetting my stomach, but I was noticing that even thought this is a alge based supplement I have started to burp. I swear I just can't get a break. The pain today has been light, and thankfully not so much pain in my head, and thrankfully I am not feeling the shards of glass feeling.
So far it's been a day with less pain finally then normal, it's 2:30pm and I am now feeling the pressure again in my head, still have no idea why all of a sudden I get this very uncomfortable feeling, hopefully this will eventually subside. Well everyone I will be sure to give you all an update as the day progresses.
It's now am 7:09pm and so far today has been a fairly good day, not really any pain thankfully. Every now and then my head has been feeling the slight pressure and burn sensation on occasion, but just have to get through it. I am sure this has caused my neurological issues, will just have to watch this. Also, he ringing in the ears seems to have turned to a lower tone hissing sound but will be sure to watch for any changes.
Well it's 9:30pm and I was finally able to stay up a little late on the weekend, time to go to bed now guys, all the best and GODSPEED! Well see what tomorrow brings.
