6:00 am - Woke up early as I am use to this been doing this for the last 8 years everyday on the weekday. But yes woke up with of course you guessed it suicidal ringing in both of my ears. Headpain level of a 4 and ringing in both ears pain 11. The pain right now at 8:00am is not so much pain in my head, thrankfully I am also not feeling the shards of glass feeling this morning.  

It's now am 8:30am, every now and then my head has been feeling the slight pressure and burn sensation this morning, but just have to get through it. I know that this has caused my neurological issues, will just have to watch this.  Also, the internal vibrations or spasms in certain areas of my body are again light this morning but still happening, however nothing like it was at the beginning of the week. 

Decided to start my morning off with a Figi apple and my high end multi-vitamin- email us if you would like to know the brand, and decided to take my brain supplements, and added my probiotic for my stomach issues. Attempting to resolve this. Also, decided to have my blended smoothie, yep a whole lot of blueberries, with pineapple juice, a little apple juice, some lethicin powder, curcumin, quercitin and vitamin C, peanut butter, organic protein powder with amino acids, curcumin and some ph minerals. ummmm mmmmmummmm it was amazing, I highly encourage everyone that is having issues to email us and we can point you in the direction of where I learned this from. Anyways, the pain began in my head at 12:00pm and this pain has been off an on throughout the day. For some reason the pain is really intense today. Pain level at a 6.5 today. I have had more burning in my frontal lobe of my left side of the head. Not knowing why this is happening but it just seems like this is never going to go away. It's now 1:35pm and this pain is still here but not as bad as the last 2 days have been perhaps because the weather storm was starting to lift and clear? Not sure but in any case I am just really thankful that it is not as bad as the last few days!!

It's now 7:30pm not so much pain in my head as of now but my stomach is a little painful, so really not sure what to make of this, perhaps because I have hardly ate today, attempting to do some intermittent fasting just because I know that it is good for my body.  Please pray for me as this pain has intensified in the last couple of days, perhaps it's because of the change of weather but just not making any sense of what I am still experiencing to this day.  

Well I will be sure to keep you all updated, really trying to get back to my old self but just not sure, it feels like some days I jump 2 steps forward but then others I jump six steps back. Well talk to you all later.

Elon Musk and the word #elon musk should all give us some hope, especially knowing that Elon Musk has now purchased Twitter. Yes, finally he was able to make it happen. Thank god, Jack Dorsey was just a little pus, who allowed people to control him. Not #Elon Musk though, he makes things happen as long as there is a Twitter I would rather it be him that little Jack Dorsey. Time will only tell how the company Twitter and the Social Media site will change. Hopefully, it will be in a more positive direction with sharing the truth to the world, and I hope that Elon Musk will be able to make that happen. Let's face it whether you like him or hate him he is a man that is in charge. Only Elon Musk would be able to pull of the purchase of Twitter in this contentious Economy that we now all find ourselves in. Elon Musk knows more than most everyone as he would not be the richest man in the world if this was not the case. So for me I am really excited to see that he was finally able to pull off this massive purchase and only can hope for the best. Elon Musk please make things happen we as humanity could really use someone like you in this world making some changes, hopefully for the better, just not so sold on AI. So Elon Musk for now I will say that I am optimistic and hopefully I live long enough to see the light return to humanity, instead of the dark life we all now find ourselves living. Don't get me wrong I choose light everyday and going to return hopefully to make more of it but for now our ECONOMY is SHIT and there are everyday challenges that we now all find ourselves having to face. ALL BECAUSE THE DEMS DON'T KNOW SHIT....Go Elon Musk make it happen..

• burning sensations throughout my lower extremities/numbness that comes and goes. Pain of a 3
• feelings of Gerd/acid reflux (Felling of buildup of gases in my body) - This has subsided again no longer presant. 
• trouble/pain swallowing on the right side when eating citrus foods sometimes This has finally gone away after October 15, 2022
• vibration spasm in different parts of my body. Pain of 6 This was really happening last night internal like tremors left backside of bicep and sometimes occasionally throughout my body...
• POTS like symptoms - Pain of 4
• Mas Cell Activation Symptoms - Somewhat has subsided.
• Head Pressure comes and goes. #2 - Pain of 7
  
• Burn sensation left front side of my head - Frontal lobe portion feels like a pinch feeling -  Pain 7
• Slight pain feeling that comes and goes left side of my heart - Pain of my heart pain 3
• Blood Pressure Fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
• Heart Rate Variability fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
• Tightness in chest pain 3
