7:00 am - Woke up with of course you guessed it suicidal ringing in both of my ears. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO WAKE UP I am so tired of always waking up with headpain and ringing in both ears pain 9. The headpain was slightly less pain this morning thankfully perhaps it is because I did my RESPERATE again last night before going to bed. The VAX INJURED life is brutal, one could only imagine what we are constantly going through so pain right now and it's 11:30am and not so much head pain as is really bad ringing in the ears, it's been constant ringing all morning and I can assure you that I have not changed anything in my diet or my daily regime.
So far I have note experienced the pain and pins/needles in my ribcage as of yet but if I do I will provide my update. Well everyone I will be sure to give you all an update as the day progresses.
Well it's now 12:45pm and still has thankfully been a ok day regarding any pain. I would say that all of my symptoms are light the most pain of course is in my head pain as of now about 8. This pain was from 8:30pm and lasted until 9:20pm. I also was feeling pain/needle sensations in my upper body later this evening it would come and go so will be monitoring this as well.

You see Don Lemon is one of the most dangerous new broadcasters in today's society. Not only that but CNN is an outright horrible news agency, that literally no one should listen to. The entire crew there is very dangerous, and our society would be better off if mainstream news agency could be replaced by truthful, news companies. Time will only tell when these companies decide to get rid of horrible journalist like #don lemon Don Lemon has killed so many people by encouraging them to get vaccinated, but do you think he cares? To think that I listened to not only CNN but also FOX/Media the very companies that we looked for our news to hopefully give us insight of what is really going on in our world. After everything that our society has been through and looking back now at the last 2 and half years I will never listen to another word that comes out of Don Lemons mouth. #don lemon is cancerous and should never be trusted as your main source of world wide news. The pain that don lemon has inflicted on our society is monumental, and never should Don Lemon be trusted for providing truthful information. As Don Lemon has chosen to sit behind his little desk and be a coward, yes I said it coward for not coming forward and telling the truth.

- TINNITUS - RINGING OF THE EARS - IS NOW A SUICIDAL 11 IT TURNED UP A NOTCH JUST THIS LAST WEEK...
- burning sensations throughout my lower extremities/numbness that comes and goes. Pain of a 4
- feelings of Gerd/acid reflux (Felling of buildup of gases in my body) - This has subsided again no longer presant.
- trouble/pain swallowing on the right side when eating citrus foods sometimes This has finally gone away after October 15, 2022
- vibration spasm in different parts of my body. Pain of 3
- POTS like symptoms - Pain of 5
- Mas Cell Activation Symptoms - Somewhat has subsided.
- Head Pressure comes and goes. #2 - Pain of 6
- Slight pain feeling that comes and goes left side of my heart - Pain of my heart pain 4
- Blood Pressure Fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
- Heart Rate Variability fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
- Tightness in chest pain 4
