Thankfully after chewing some nicotine gum before going to bed last night my pressure eased in my head but I know this was only temporary, thankfully I was able to get a restful sleep throughout the night, but wokd up at 7 am feeling some head pressure. THIS IS HORRIBLE THE PAIN THAT OF WHICH I WISH NO ONE TO EXPERIENCE. ON SECOND THOUGHT SCRATH THAT I WISH IT UPON ANYONE THAT PUSHED FOR THESE TOXIC SHOTS, I DO WISH THEY WOULD FEEL THIS PAIN... ANYWAY, THAT BEING SAID, PEOPLE NEED TO WAKE THE FUCK UP TO THESE SHOTS!!!! THAT IS WHAT THESE ARE...But yeah enough about me anyway, I WOKE UP WITH STILL THE RINGING IN BOTH EARS, I FEEL THIS WILL NEVER GO AWAY, AND WELL JUST GOING TO GO THROUGH THE DAY GO TO WORK AND OF COURSE LIKE ALWAYS I AM STILL HAVING OFF AND ON HEAD PRESSURE THROUGHOUT THE DAY, BUT NO REAL FEELINGS OF MY SHARDS OF GLASS FEELING ANYMORE THROUGHOUT MY RIB CAGE. Well going to put my head to the pillow now that is is 9:00pm as I have a really busy day tomorrow with my new job, keep the faith everyone and talk soon.

- trouble/pain swallowing on the right side when eating citrus foods sometimes This has finally gone away after October 15, 2022
- vibration spasm in different parts of my body. Pain of "3"
- POTS like symptoms - Pain of "4"
- Mas Cell Activation Symptoms - Somewhat has subsided.
- Head Pressure comes and goes. #2 - Pain of "6.5"
- Slight pain feeling that comes and goes left side of my heart - Pain of my heart pain "3"
- Blood Pressure Fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
- Heart Rate Variability fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
- Tightness in chest pain "3"
