6:30 am - Woke up with of course you guessed it suicidal ringing in both of my ears, but I was finally able to sleep through the whole night. My AMAZING DOCTORS HERO DOCTORS FOR THAT MATTER told me to increase my omega 3's from the recommended to 6-8 a day. So I bumped it up last night and supprisinley my headpain was very little this morning nothing like it was last night and the night before. Bur sill have the ringing in both ears pain of 7.5. So far I have not experienced the pain and pins/needles in my ribcage as of yet but if I do I will provide my update. Well everyone I will be sure to give you all an update as the day progresses. It's now 5:48pm and throughout today I have had many times where my head pressure and pain has returned, this is the worst feeling in my life, again it's like I have all of a sudden gotten CANCER BRAIN from this TOXIC SHOT, NOT THE ASTRAZENECA, BUT THEN HAD THAT BEEN THE CASE I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE DIED, BUT from Pfizer this shit is horrible. I had many times during this timeframe where the head pain came back at a pain level of 6. I also was feeling pain/needle sensations in my upper body today it  that would come and go so will be monitoring this as well. Just really tired of always being in pain. Well going to be go to being to bed at 9:30pm, as getting as at least 8 hours of sleep will aid in bringing back my nervous system back into balance. all the best and GODSPEED! Astrazeneca and the word #Astrazeneca should all raise our eyebrows, especially knowing the contents in #Astrazeneca is outright dangerous. Thankfully I never had to toke this shitty SHOT, however many people in Canada and the UK were not as lucky. They were coerced to take this shitty shot and really was the shot of choice for their government. However, what I do know now is that the contents of what was in this shot was overly dangerous. Hands down there is no way I will EVER be taking these shots ever again. Never again will I ever take any shot in my entire life GODWILLING that I live to see the next 10 years. Time will only tell what the #Astrazeneca Vaccine has done to hundreds of thousands of people. To think that they had to listen to their Government/Media the very people that they looked to for trust for what, to have it all be brought down to rumble all because of this Astrazeneca #Astrazeneca is just something that I could have never imagined. I feel so sad for all those people right now all because of the Astrazeneca shot yes that's right the ASTRAZENECA that has literally ruined hundreds of thousands of lives. Astrazeneca has taken it all from these people, the #Astrazeneca shot has destroyed their lives. I can't emphasize this enough. The pain that these vaccines have caused chokes me up now every time I have to explain what I am feeling, do your research people this #Astrazeneca shot was highly dangerous and GODWILLING he will see to it that these people who cast this upon humanity will pay dearly. • TINNITUS - RINGING OF THE EARS - IS NOW A SUICIDAL 11 IT TURNED UP A NOTCH JUST THIS LAST WEEK...
• burning sensations throughout my lower extremities/numbness that comes and goes. Pain of a "4"
• feelings of Gerd/acid reflux (Felling of buildup of gases in my body) - This has subsided again no longer presant. 
• trouble/pain swallowing on the right side when eating citrus foods sometimes This has finally gone away after October 15, 2022
• vibration spasm in different parts of my body. Pain of "4"
• POTS like symptoms - Pain of "5"
• Mas Cell Activation Symptoms - Somewhat has subsided.
• Head Pressure comes and goes. #2 - Pain of "7.5" 
• Slight pain feeling that comes and goes left side of my heart - Pain of my heart pain "3"
• Blood Pressure Fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
• Heart Rate Variability fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
• Tightness in chest pain "3"
