TOTAL SCORE OF HOW I FELT TODAY: 7/10
2:00am - Woke up with of course you guessed it suicidal ringing in both of my ears. LETS BE HONEST HERE PRIO TO THE SHOTS LAST YEAR I NEVER IN ALL MY YEARS HAD ANY ISSUES WITH MY SLEEP OR FOR THAT MATTER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH MY SLEEPING PATTERNS. SO YES MAKE NO MISTAKE WE WILL NEVER BACK DOWN OR GIVE IN...Headpain level of a 6 and ringing in both ears pain 11. The headpain was not as bad as I noticed I am still take high dosages of SUNWARRIOR OMEGA 3 and 8 multi-vitamins. The pain today has been light, and thankfully not so much pain in my head, and thrankfully I am not feeling the shards of glass feeling.
So far it's been a morning with less pain finally then normal, from 7:30am until now 9:47am its been off and on pain, pain that i would describe as high ringing tinnitus, feelings of the pressure again in my head, still have no idea why all of a sudden I get this very uncomfortable feeling, hopefully this will eventually subside.
From 1:47pm until now 5:55pm it has been a fairly good day, not really any pain thankfully, except for the burning eyes for some reason my eyes have been giving me more issues than usual. Perhaps it's because it's my only day off from not having to take any supplements. I am being told by my doctors it's 6 days with heavy supplements and 1 day off. Every now and then my head has been feeling the slight pressure and uncomfortable pins/needles feeling in both sides of my rib cage, I am sure this has caused my neurological issues, will just have to watch this. Also, the ringing in my ears seems to have gone back up again and the sound is a high pitch, but will be sure to watch for any changes.
Well going to be going to bed tonight again at 9:00pm and I will be sure to keep you all updated, all the best and GODSPEED! Well see what tomorrow brings
