7:00 am - Woke up with of course you guessed it suicidal ringing in both of my ears, The headpain has subsided but now I have this burning sensation in my midsection again just waiting to get another stomach test but now not on any of my natural supplements as I am getting ready to do another fast. Of course not exactly sure what to make of this, will this hold and remain like this, time will only tell. 

It's now 10:31am and so far I have not experienced the pain and pins/needles in my ribcage as of yet but if I do I will provide my update. Also, still can barely move my left arm without feeling like it's been injured of course because it's due to the ulner nerve disruption I experienced back in December 2021. • Pins/Needles/Shards of Glass Feeling - Both sides of my lower rib cage pain "6.5"
• TINNITUS - RINGING OF THE EARS - IS NOW A SUICIDAL 12 IT TURNED UP A NOTCH JUST THIS LAST WEEK...
• burning sensations throughout my lower extremities/numbness that comes and goes. Pain of a "6"
• feelings of Gerd/acid reflux (Felling of buildup of gases in my body) - This has subsided again no longer present. 
• trouble/pain swallowing on the right side when eating citrus foods sometimes This has finally gone away after October 15, 2022
• vibration spasm in different parts of my body. Pain of "4"
• POTS like symptoms - Pain of "3"
• Mas Cell Activation Symptoms - Somewhat has subsided.
• Head Pressure comes and goes. #2 - Pain of "5.5"
• Slight pain feeling that comes and goes left side of my heart - Pain of my heart pain "3"
• Blood Pressure Fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
• Heart Rate Variability fluctuation - This has subsided or so I think.
• Tightness in chest pain "3"
• PAIN IN MY LEFT SHOULDER/TRICEP IS BACK AND WHAT FEELS LIKE PERMANENT, AND PAIN.BURNING SENSATION NOW IN MY MIDSECTION, JUST NOT SURE WHAT TO MAKE OF ALL OF THIS...
